Just downloaded the app and I already see another profile loaded in my phone. It has someone else's pH num, ticket booking, passenger list, which is totally unrelated to me. It automatically linked to someone's irctc account. Uninstalled and installed again, still see same issue. Totally insecure login methods used in this app. Better stay away if you want to protect your accounts and money..

Made a reservation that costed me INR 275/-, Did everything right, payment was successfully funded but didn't receive any confirmation message. After 5 mins, recieved message that booking was cancelled and refund of INR 269/- is initiated, I don't understand why 6 bucks was deducted, even if it is for the taxes why would I pay some if I didn't receive anything. It's not about just 6 bucks, it's about millions of people paying 6 bucks maybe less or more for no reason, and many will ignore it!

Someone already using my email ID and name with a different phone number, how to lodge a complaint??? Further to this, I sent an email, but there was no response for the month. This is identity theft, I complained a month back, and there is no closure on this case. Someone is using my email ID, and this app can't fix it.
