Keep getting charged more at the register than the app totals are in the shopping list AND in the cart when scanning items in-store. Store manager says that the app isn't run by DG, so nothing they can do about it. Makes it really frustrating to plan out a strict budget when every dollar saved counts. If the difference were nickels or dimes it'd be one thing- but it's several dollars differences almost every time. Really disheartening... hopefully it can get fixed soon.

Up until recently, I would rate this app about a 4. The app has a tendency to tell you items are out of stock when they are not, or vice versa. I used to be able to click on my clipped coupons, and it would show all the items I could purchase when using that coupon. Now, you can't even click on the clipped coupon. It's like you have to do a search for the product, then it will show the products associated with that particular coupon. What used to take 5 or 10 minutes now takes 1/2 hr to an hr.

The only reason i shopped at dollar general & now its useless. It used to be a good app.. i love the coupons ! Unfortunately they have had some sort of update and now you can't sign in. It tells you device is unrecognized and needs to email you a code. It will not text it! By the time they send the email the code has expired. This has been going on about a month. Idk who possibly messed up that bad!
