Cancelation not working properly. Thanks for your reply. To clarify more, When I cancel a ticket it displays a message " Your cancelation is being processed. Please check after 10 minutes. But it was not processed even after 40 minutes. I tried changing the network and it didn't work . Then I un-installed and re installed the App. Only then the cancelation happened.

I ordered food, premium thali, they provided , thay gave normal thali and placed food some where in railway coach and called me to pick up. i have to search for food inspite of ordering and paying. Even while providing feedback, they just hung up in first 10 seconds even if you are giving feedback. It's better buying on railway station

Very poor interface.. The response is so weird.. The overall experience is disappointing. Such a premier , world class upgraded Rail service, deserves a better platform! Couldn't locate the grievance redressal service in the app . Lodging travel related complaints are missing..
