Worst app. Have been trying to login since few weeks now and everytime it reports invalid credentials. I have changed them very recently after i got the first invalid response and still it shows error. I can log in access via web but have no possible reason as to why the app shows error. The developers and maintenance team should look into this and provide resolutions.

I tried to apply for 3 in 1 reimbursement for the month of June, claiming on a higher scale . However after selecting the designation, the number of days to be input isn't visible. This issue has been pending since this app was launched. Earlier an option of minimum 7 days could only be given as input. Now the reimbursement cants be claimed at a higher scale at all.

The Application is not working for the past few days. Whenever I try to use the Application, there is a problem with remarks "Your login failed due to invalid Credentials or invalid employee status or Login expired or login locked or login disabled ". Kindly advise me the reasons for that or you may set right so that I can Login - 29/07/2024
