I am a Nepal SBI Bank customer and have been facing frequent issues while using the mobile banking app. The app often does not open or work on time, and OTPs are delayed or expire quickly, causing transactions to fail. Due to these problems, I have faced inconvenience in daily payments, including QR payments at restaurants and during hospital visits, even though I had sufficient balance in my account. While I understand the importance of security, the app’s poor performance makes it difficult.

It's been more than 3 or 4 months I have been visited to the nearby branch for my problem but I am still having the problem. when I try to login its loading only .

I know you use two factor authentication system every transaction and login without mpin it's good for security but in real life experience it's not good or worst because code delay or user received code delay .because you user much and your system can't handle.your system allow to receive code in Gmail but it feel boring check code and insert so,disable this feature .And your system not match acc holder detail . acc num and acc holder nam different your system allow to send fix this .
