One of the worst banking apps I've ever used. It's incredibly slow, unreliable, and constantly gets stuck. Logging in takes multiple attempts, and payments often freeze or fail, making even simple transactions frustrating. A banking app should be fast and dependable, but this app fails at the basics. Completely unacceptable for a bank in today's digital age.

It's my first time using this app and i don't have any existing account before.And it's asking me for user id, which i don't have ofc,and when I click at new log in option; it's show the same process that needs to be done by customer having existing account....plus it has many glitches and not operating properly.

Worst app ever. Most of the time it doesn't work. What's the point of having a mobile banking app if it fails when you need it the most? Very disappointing and unreliable. Please fix the stability and performance issues.
