IF there would an option to give negative ratings, then i would have give it -99 stars, it's so irritating, When clicking on 'Load esewa' option, but instead of actual window, an unusual window popups with error message "filed is an invalid date" don't know why, but you should fix it ASAP

very annoying app, it's not user friendly at all, idk if it's a device problem or something the screen just pauses when resetting password. It should work on all devices ..... . Mind you I didn't use it on some old device it was a newly released mobile.

The SBI Bank app is very inconvenient to use. Most of the time the OTP is not received or doesn’t work properly, which makes even simple transactions frustrating. Logging in and completing payments becomes a long process because of this issue. The app really needs improvement in reliability and user-friendliness.
