This is extremely frustrating. Your mobile banking app is one of the worst I have used. Every time I try to transfer money it fails with “request could not be processed". On top of that i am being forced to change my password again and again for no valid reason. This is basic banking functionality not something complicated. If your system can’t even handle simple transactions smoothly then what's the point of having a mobile banking service. Today you loose one more user. Good luck

This is the worst banking application I have ever used. I’m shocked that despite so many bad reviews, there has been no improvement. I’ve been facing login issues for the past three months,it keeps saying unable to process your request. I’ve been going back and forth to the bank, but none of the staff know how to solve it. Now they are blaming my device instead of fixing the problem.Keep it up, you’ll lose everyone soon.

Since I started using the Yono app, I have experienced that there have been many problems while transferring money through it, especially the OTP does not come on time and sometimes you have to wait for two to three days to transfer. Therefore, I do not consider it good and give it a rating of 2 stars.
