One of the worst banking apps I've ever used. It's incredibly slow, unreliable, and constantly gets stuck. Logging in takes multiple attempts, and payments often freeze or fail, making even simple transactions frustrating. A banking app should be fast and dependable, but this app fails at the basics. Completely unacceptable for a bank in today's digital age.

This is extremely frustrating. Your mobile banking app is one of the worst I have used. Every time I try to transfer money it fails with “request could not be processed". On top of that i am being forced to change my password again and again for no valid reason. This is basic banking functionality not something complicated. If your system can’t even handle simple transactions smoothly then what's the point of having a mobile banking service. Today you loose one more user. Good luck

Worst app ever. Most of the time it doesn't work. What's the point of having a mobile banking app if it fails when you need it the most? Very disappointing and unreliable. Please fix the stability and performance issues.
