Yes, you can cash out earnings for gift cards and it really works. However, in the course of trying to earn, my account has been deactivated 2 times. Customer support said it was deactivated for violating the terms. I reached out to ask why because I have no idea what I did and they said that upon further review they have reinstated my account. This has happened a second time now and they said upon further review they are keeping it closed for violating the terms. Seems kinda like a scam...

Bad connectivity. Multiple offers I earned only counted as done in the offer's section but never in my 'pending' payout. Trying to submit help tickets is like pulling teeth on both the app and on their website. once the offers I'm in doing are completed I'm moving on to a better site that isn't as problematic. edit: tried emailing support, they told me my account was credited but it wasn't, and now a $60 reward isn't tracking properly. Don't waste your time with this trash.

Game apps will not open when you go through inboxdollars, both the app version and web version. I tried to submit a ticket, but you are required to submit a date, and since I downloaded the games yesterday and used yesterday's date, I'm not able to submit a ticket because "it can take 2-7 days to receive your rewards, please check back later," which I've tried to get around but can't. I'm not having issues with rewards, but the app itself!! The chat support AI is no help, either.
