Lots of blips. After 1 week of no use it disconnects and you have to go through the connection procedure again. Then often it still not works saying No pending action. i cannot get onto the government site..

Trying to set it up is painful. Keeps giving errors, stuck on infinite loading screens, and once you get past one issue you're faced with another, eventually forced to try it all again. It is not an user or hardware error. Once you finally manage to get past all the errors, you come to find it's absolutely useless unless you've used a Belgian document to sign in 🤦♂️

Not easy to find the link to register to the app using a laptop and ID card Reader. Always redirect to mobile registration.

Hi, you can use a phone number from whatever country you want. If you get an error during the registration, please contact us via the app or our webform.
