Ratings and reviews

Cast functionality is back with the latest update. Still issues with the fact that your replay function on channels is based on the scheduled time, and not the actual start and finish of a show or movie. So, when you choose something to watch on a channel already aired, it will show the previous show or movie (because in Greece, being on time is rare) and end before your video is done, which means you have to find out what came next to watch the end of your show/movie. CRAZY!

Recently bought a Chromebook. Instelled via the app store. The app opens, logs on, there are menus and everything but when you try to play something you get a black screen. It's funny because in my Android phone it works properly. On the Chromebook though, for some reason it's a NO. Edit:21/01/21 - Seems that the problem was partly solved. Something wrong with the caching of the live program. Press the button to view the live program from the beginning and then shortly after return to live.

Some matters with Cosmote TV. When you get an extra monthly pack you are supposed to switch it off by yourself which this only happens through your cell phone and through their App and only. Unfortunately the misinformed me that the company switches off the programma pack automatically but it does not. Even though the company's customer service is very good, its administration and rules are not customer friendly.
