Ratings and reviews

You can get some really good deals with the app or build up points for free items which I like. I'm giving 3 stars because the app (for me anyways) isn't very reliable and has issues half the time. Example: scan my barcode and it won't redeem my rewards or give me the discount for a certain item. Some employees will work with you and adjust the price accordingly and others have told me to bad, so sad put your stuff back.

the rewards program app is awful. it gives you the opportunity to opt out of certain privacy and marketing stuff but there is so much hassle to do so that it would take hours to go through all of the steps. they advertise that you can get 25 cents off of every gallon of gas for the next 4 fill ups but that is BS. this is the worst rewards program I ever got involved with. Not only is it useless, but it opens you up to all kinds of spam.

Briefly had a membership but everything I normally get from 7-Eleven would be missing from the item selection. Selection options are half that of in-store. They charge both a Comvenience Fee AND a Delivery Fee, plus tax and tip, it's easily $12-15 extra per every order. I made a $30 basket to get a $10 off promotion, got the $10 off, and still somehow would have paid $38.10 after the $10 discount on a $30 cart. I backed out and canceled my Gold so fast.
