Somehow a multi-billion dollar company can't create an app with accurate order cut off times around the holidays. Placed my order, received an email saying it would be delivered in 2 days. Delivery date comes, nearing the end of the day I check the app to see where my order is and it says it was canceled. reached out to my rep and they said it was my fault and somehow should have known to order multiple days earlier than usual to get my order. Rep did not tell me either. So now we have 0 produce

App needs to be updated in a bad way. when you put an item in, it will automatically go up in cases by 3-5 even if you've only hit one time. with larger orders (150+ cases), the loading time for the "cart" page is so long that it usually times itself out & crashes the app. A lot of times items won't save to cart, or the whole order disappears. also, if you log into a computer to finish the order, most of the time the order isn't saved to the account. it's bad. I wish I had more word space.

In my opinion the app is garbage. My cart doesn't work in real time with the website, my created lists within the app take forever to load properly, usually it's nothing or just the same 3 items. Showing up over and over again, the same can be said for my cart. I had a cart full of items and when I went back to add to it, the entire cart was just gone. And lately the order submission process has essentially broken down completely, I had to contact my rep to complete the process.
