Doesn't work half the time... Won't recognize many items listed on their own menu. When you try to check out it shows that "Sorry, you can't order this item. Please order something off our menu." error. Which is hilarious because the only way you can add it to your bag is by selecting it off their menu. 🤣 But the all day happy hour perk is nice and sometimes you get promos for free food or extremely discounted items. When it does work of course.

Have been using the app for years, but now errors out at the payment screen every single time. I've rebooted, logged out and in, uninstalled, tried multiple locations, all with the same result. I can no longer use the app which means I'm not going to be using Sonic, as it used to be a great time saver. I hope it gets fixed and resolved. I'll try it again in a few months.

Extremely unreliable app! It times out and won't complete the purchase; extremely slow to load menus and virtually any screen. Connected to Wi-Fi or 5G makes no difference . Tried to order food on five different occasions and only succeeded once. I will say the app is laid out well and easy to navigate aside from the the earlier complaints. Now I am about to uninstall it.
