Ratings and reviews

The new credit card popup every couple minutes of browsing HAS to go. I love browsing the app, but it makes it almost impossible. If you want to push the credit card, do it once during checkout. DO NOT deinsentivize browsing by making the experience agrivating with the constant popup. It is absolutely a terrible design decision and makes me not want to use the app at all.

Most of my beauty products are from Sephora, and most of my overall purchases are from Sephora. So you can say that I'm a Sephora girlie. However, I'm thinking of dropping that bc I'm trying to be as minimal as possible w my spending habits. Still, I like to check out what's on Sephora every now and then. However, Sephora's incessant credit card ad is really ruining my in-app experience; it screams desperation. It makes Sephora look cheap and tacky, not high-end and luxe like before.

I'm ready to uninstall this app. If not for me needing it for my work, I would've done so long time ago. The cause of my frustration is the fact that every screen I'm navigating to, it pops up the credit card program. It's so blatanly annoying now on how frequently it pops up as I'm trying to shop. It's like the same feel as if I were in store, and an associate asks me if I'd like to apply for a credit card while passing through at every aisle.
