Garbage app. Randomly decided my main credit card is expired, which it's NOT (not by a few years!) And also won't let me make any transactions with any other cards. "Acquire Decline", even though all my cards have more than sufficient balance to cover the attempted transaction. And when it does work, it says there's an error and that it failed... only to discover upon refreshing the app that the first transaction actually DID work, and now I'm subscribed to two promos. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP.

Payment functionality sucks. Since the update from Giga to Smart, the process requires 2 OTPs, the 1st is for a reason unclear. The 2nd is for credit card payment (it was only this OTP before.) After I enter the useless 1st OTP, it's supposed to direct me to the CC pmt pop up but guess what, it errored out 4x today. And between those I made several attempts but didn't go thru because of possible dupe. I cannot & should not be spending 30 mins to figure out how to pay my bill!

The app keeps logging me out after a few days of not using it. And that I have to keep logging in for security purposes. I have multiple apps in my phone (much more important ones) and I never had this problem. Can you please fix this as it is becoming inconvenient? August 29, 2024 I just updated the app to the most recent version only to find out another issue. It gets stuck on a loading screen which says "Preparing." After a minute, tapping on anything does not load nothing. Uninstalling now
