Server error or not, this app is impossible to use. It's slow, it's not simple to use, and it was way easier to make request time off before this app came along. Can't even use the back button on my phone to navigate to the previous page. When I get a notification on any other app, I can tap the notification, and it opens the app. Not the case with UKG. With this app, I tap the notification, it disappears, and I have to go into the app just to read the whole notification. Fix. It. Now.

It doesn't work anymore. Since the update all I've been getting is server error. I can't do anything - log out or try again. Closing the app doesn't make a difference. It will be stuck in the server error screen for at least 7 hours. I've cleared the cache - nothing. My android has the latest updates. With un/reinstalling, it only works once (when inside the building), before server error shows up again - tried this 3 times. I contacted support and did as requested with no resolution.

As of late .......this app has been horrible. Every other day it's a service error. Can't ever check schedule or schedule a vacation because I can only get in, while at work (sometimes),so it's pointless if I have to delete and redownload and wait until I get to work to scan the barcode to make the app work AGAIN! Was great, but GARBAGE 🗑️ now!
