I had own a total of 3, TomTom devices. I decided to install the app so I can have a second alternative in the vehicle that can be viewed in the infotainment system by android Auto. Yesterday, August 29th, I tested it out on a long 7 hours drive from Queens, NY, to Montréal Canada, and found two things that I do not like. 1). Is the map on 3 or 4 had to be reloaded, even though the maps are downloaded on the device. 2) it don't show exit numbers, only announce them. What if I did not hear it?

Hi Asborn, thanks for reaching out. For point no. (1) Clear the app's cache, disable power-saving mode, reboot your phone, and in the app's permission, tap Location: 'allow all the time'. $20 wasted. I gave this app a try when they offered a free trial a couple years ago. I only decided to try it again because hammer was starting to glitch. I thought paying more would get better quality. I was wrong. I hate this app. You have to download every state you're going through. And if you don't it can't find your destination. Places I've been delivering to for 2 years... Tomtom says no route possible. Or it can't find the location at all

Note 20 Ultra 5G. This app sucks. Most of the time, the app won't run. Most of the time it says "Your subscription has expired" or "Oops". I wasted almost 70 dollars. "Update" I did the clear cache the first time. It started working after the 3rd or 4th restart. The live traffic didn't work as well as Google Maps btw. The second day I tried to use it, it wouldn't start. That's when I decided to get a refund. Thanks for approving my refund.
