2 Funds from payroll-related direct deposits may be made available up to two days early. Early access to payroll deposits applies to the direct deposit of funds from your employer. Employer direct deposits vary and, as a result, it is not possible to guarantee early access to your pay. Factors that will affect this include the sender’s deposit description used and the timing of their submission of deposit. In order to provide this service, we generally post such details on the same business day we receive the notice that the deposit is scheduled, which may be up to two (2) business days earlier than the payer’s scheduled payment date. In general, benefit checks (direct deposit or otherwise) from the federal or state government will not be eligible to early access based on the parameters we use. As an example, benefits that generally would not receive early access include but are not limited to unemployment, retirement, pension, civil service, railroad retirement and veteran’s payments.

I have to uninstall, then reinstall this app every 2 - 3 days. Like clockwork, every 2nd or 3rd day "An Error Has Occurred" when I log in. I close the app and reopen to try it again. Same thing. At first I thought it was just a bug. tried to log in the next day. Same thing. Then I Un/Re-Install and it works fine, until a couple days later. this has been going on for about 2 weeks, at a minimum.

Used to love the app, before the update. Now when I go to sign in, it says it needs to send me a code via text message yet the message never comes. Been on the phone with customer service, did everything they asked to no avail. The team emailed me to tell me what may be wrong with my phone. ... I assured them nothing is wrong with my phone, but no solution is available. The joke being that the email says I can check the status of my issue by signing in. 🤦‍♀️🙄

I have to uninstall this app and reinstall it if I use it more than once a day. I log in, have to punch in a security code, and if I'm lucky I get to login. Otherwise I either get taken back to the login screen, or "error has occurred" comes up. For a banking app with the word MOBILE in it, it's not very mobile friendly. Every update makes this less and less a viable option for my banking needs.
