For about a month now I haven't been able to use International calling. Whenever I call any number in Germany the phone goes immediately to a busy signal. I've called several numbers in several cities in Germany... same results. Talked to technicians at Tracfone multiple times for many hours and they are not able to figure it out and/or fix it. Until now everything worked fine! So disappointed!

I installed this app in May, 2025 and when I called my stepdaughter in Canada then it worked just fine. Today I tried calling her and it rang once and failed. I see this has been a problem for years and when a review complains about it they all get the same preprogrammed bot message apologizing. In short, this app and the customer service for it sucks.

Edit: app still acting up. Still flickers and unable to use even when on tracfone data. Please fix so i can call friends & family overseas. Thanks in advance Prior review: Normally, this is a great and easy app to use, but for some unknown reason, cannot use it today. Never had this issue before, regardless of if on data or wifi. Today, I'm on wifi. App wo 't fully boot up. I had wanted to call some overseas friends to use up my int'l minutes. I have the latezt update too
