App is useful. I use it for my business and personal use. Few minor things that could be changed or altered to make use easier but overall works well. It does what it was intended to do. The daily monetary transfer limits make it difficult to send large amounts or receive full payments. Other than that, haven't had many problems.

it's extremely slow to load after activating the business account. Like minutes sometimes. It's not typically an issue, but sometimes customers will stand there to verify there wasn't an issue, and we just sit there staring at the phone. It's awkward. I've been asking customers to start using zelle since there's no fees and it's instantly in our bank account.

Useful, handy. I just wish there was a way to STOP PAYMENT within a couple minutes...A while back it appeared my transaction was not completed...I tried a second time and ended up sending a tip 2x. In this case, it was only $10, but I'd have been very frustrated if it had been more. I don't know for sure how this could work, but it was the glitch in the app that made me worry my tip would not send. Other than that one time, it's worked great.
