Ratings and reviews

It is not a terrible app, and does a decent job concerning routing. However it doesn't do a good job concerning being able to choose the shortest route by mileage and tends to force people down the same three or four routes, and isn't smart enough to understand when you're trying to avoid a bad route it is suggesting. The new update also prevents me from accurately reporting closures because I'm prevented from selecting on the map what specific road/how long of a segment of that road is closed.

I used to be a big fan of this app,but since I switched to Samsung I've been having issues... It will not allow me to log into my account that I had over 4 years! It keeps freezing/ restarting the app or saying i have no connection when I'm literally connected to my wifi. I made a brand new account & I'm still having issues... it won't load or change anything that I'm trying to see / do. To the point where I un-installed the app to try to fix it but I can't even log in once again. Ridiculous!

Waze has pros and cons for sure. Pros? User-participated live road condition. GREAT. Now, cons. 1. Route changes on its own w/o notice (i want to drive shorter w/ little more time but Waze won't give me choice except for at the beginning, which will change on its own) 2. Once Android Auto is connected, the app struggles to find routes with blue loading ring forever turning (very consistent). And I have to quit AA to put it on my phone then reconnect. 3. Searching for businesses is pain.
