[worst app ever to rent houses]I tried to check in,but the owner of the house never gave instructions so I've tried to contact the house owner to get into the house, and tried to contact the app support person. I was told to wait for hours, never got to even use the house. The app won't give a refund even though I never even got in the house. I spent 5 hours trying to get a different place to stay at and at least 10 hotels I've tried were full. They said I couldn't get a refund. never got in.
