Ratings and reviews

drop in has been broken for at least 6 months now. depending on how I attempt to drop in, I get messages like "something went wrong, try again later" or "enable household drop-in in communication settings". drop-in is definitely enabled, communication settings won't load and display an error screen..... all alexa's supposed fixes for these problems don't make any difference....

Honestly, I would love this app. The problem is, it is slow and half the time. The widgets for Android are never functional. They err out there's bugs, they flash on the screen as if stuff's not loading, and then I click into it.And every couple of weeks I have to reload my profile resign in all this other stuff, it doesn't even make sense like it's crazy.

Will not show any recently played song that was not specifically requested. So if you request a song and want to find the name of the next one played, you better interrupt the music to ask while its playing or you wont be able to find it. This is a basic feature that even free music players have, yet AMAZON of all places is too greedy to provide it. I chatted with support and had to have a phone call (as a hard of hearing person, this was also awful) and STILL nobody could actually help.
