Half the time it crashes before I save my progress, especially if I tab over to another app (for info I need while doing my expense reports). The copy line functionality only copies half the info. Careful not to hit the back button or it will exit the app at times. User interface needs lots of improvements. But mostly I'm so tired of entering my time sheet or expense reports multiple times because it "loses connection to server" or other crashes. Makes my life more miserable.

Awkward to use for anything other than entering your hours a day at a time against a single code. Setup is confusing and unhelpful. Slow and clunky UX eg to report on previously entered time - why the heck it can't just report hours logged for last month with a single click is beyond me, I can't be the only user wanting to do that for invoice reconciliation, surely? Over-secured entry, fingerprint/face unlock should not also be followed by a prompt for a 2fa code as well, just irritating.

It has a poor layout, so even the largest phone screen feels too small. To enter data you can only see one day and few projects at a time without scrolling around. The back button doesn't do anything. You can't select decimal hours (i.e. 1.2 hours, only 1:12) , even though that's what the web based version uses. They need to redesign it by having actual users use it. It has the necessary functionality to enter time and expenses, but it's slow and clunky to use.
