The experience is getting worse day by day. I tried booking a hotel multiple times, but the payment failed every time, despite trying a credit card, debit card, UPI, and Pay Later. There is also no proper customer support, calling only leads to an automated system with no option to get help. Very frustrating experience. I wish I could give a 0 rating for the customer support system.

Every passing day they are becoming worst. My flight was cancelled, and when I contacted customer support for assistance, no proper help was provided for rebooking an alternative on the same date. Instead of supporting the customer in such a situation, I was simply told that no options were available. Eeven though the cancellation was not from my side, cancellation charges were still being deducted, and the refund is expected to take several days. Have reached out to consumer court for help.

I have been using Goibibo app for flight and hotels booking. The experience has been mostly good but today I noticed something unusual in flight ticket booking. Without my explicit selection the optional travel insurance got included in flight booking. This was very unusual and there is no way to reach customer care for addressing this. The insurance premium shouldn't be getting bundled by default and this looked unfair. Due to this I caution everyone to see options getting automatically bundled
