For the second time in a week, the app has changed the pickup location. I choose where I want to pickup, I make my selections, I go to check out. It says looks like you are far away - change/keep. I select keep. I'm on the page too pay. It still has my preferred location correctly selected. I put in my tip and press pay. When the payment goes through, I've been changed to another location. This time 6 miles away, not just one. So very frustrated. So, no NOT EASY TO USE!

Used to always love to use this app. Last couple of months I haven't been more frustrated or disappointed in an app. I really enjoy using the app and earning rewards. I can go as far as entering entire order and picking my pickup location. EVERY time I have tried to pay in the last couple of months all I get is an error processing the request. I have tried using all of my payment methods, unistalling/reinstalling the app but no go. Nothing fixes it. Ready to go elsewhere for drinks.

This app is pure garbage! I would give zero stars if possible! It's slow, clunky and buggy. I spent 10 minutes trying to order four drinks, and then had the app randomly switch locations. I tried to change back to location I was at, but it kept switching to the other location! The discount on drinks is not worth this frustration. I'll go to another restaurant from now on.
