Ratings and reviews

If you have multiple reservations for the same rental, messages from the app are put under the first reservation. This caused the host to think I was messaging them about a reservation 2 weeks from now (which had been cancelled). The host would not give me arrival instructions because the reservation was cancelled. You can force open with a web browser to send messages under the correct thread, but the host still insists that I have a cancelled reservation. Don't download the app!

This is my first experience booking with VRBO. Despite having a confirmation for weeks, I can not contact my host. The app is useless in that it tells me I "do not have access to this trip" or "can not connect at the moment - try again later." I've also been disconnected twice in the chat. What a complete joke. I'm now going to cancel my trip & book with someone more competent.

Beautiful selections in a variety of places. Easy check in and delivery of instructions for key or entry to the home. Directions have always went very well! Homes have almost always been neat and clean. Couple of bad experiences but they sometimes will give a little discount or small compensations if bad. The only downfall is none are reasonably priced. Very expensive especially since the last year or so. Haven't been able to use them since!
