After a few years of using this app, I would consider something else. Z-Wave integrations work almost never. Doorbell notifications take a while to show up, and by the time the doorbell camera wakes up, the person who rang the doorbell is long gone. I have never once caught something on camera that I actually wanted or needed to see. It's really good at arming and disarming the system and viewing, but not changing, the status of Z-Wave devices on the network, and that's about it.

Worked well for a few years and now, not so much. Given that ADT no longer offers Pulse, it's no surprise that the app has gone downhill. There hasn't been an update in nearly a year and the main function we liked (arming/disarming remotely) no longer works. In order to stay with ADT, we've been told we'll need to upgrade our system. My husband has been a customer for 15+ years, but we will be looking into other security services. ADT isn't the only game in town!

App used to work reliably for remote arming, disarming, and checking issues, but now I can't even log on or get it to work at all. i always get message: Unexpected error while logging in, check your login credentials and try again. When I try, forgot password, I and get a message that this app will not work with my device. it looks like other adt apps are even lower rated by reviews. Maybe it's time to find another security service?
