Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

I booked a ticket from Siliguri to Kolkata, and the service offered the option to change the date if it's not confirmed. However, when I tried to change the date, the system showed that I'm not allowed to do so according to their policy. Instead, I have to cancel my ticket and book another one, which incurs a cancellation charge of Rs. 840. It seems they're misleading customers with false offers.

I booked a bus ticket through the RedBus app. However, just an hour before the scheduled journey, I received a message stating that the booking had been cancelled. Surprisingly, this update was not reflected on the app itself. When I contacted customer care, a considerable amount of time was wasted in automated AI interactions before being connected to an executive. The representative informed me that I should book another ticket and mentioned that he was unable to assist further.
