worked pretty good with mild interruptions about 4 or 5 times during a 30 min appt. could been my internet, or the docs, seemed to be at her home. Overall worked well for my visit. You can do a few things prior to your appt. to help ensure connectivity. Run internet speed tests in different spots so you know the fastest spots. If using WiFi get closer to the router, choose a 5G WiFi connection if possible. Restart your modem/router frees up RAM, turn off streaming devices during appt. :)

Works great. Just be sure to undo all the permissions when it's not in use bc I've found it may seem to stay on like watching you hehe, sorta creepy. All I know is my battery wore down super fast after i installed it & that issue stopped once I blocked the camera, microphone & whatever other permissions it uses. I just use the automatic prompts to turn all permissions back on once I open the app for use. Then shut them off again when done. No more suspicious battery draining.

Wow!! What a time saver!!!! The app worked really well. The Dr. & I were able to communicate w/each other well. Initially my Android phone didn't support the call. I had 2 min to download the AWTouchpoint app & get to the appropriate place in the app for my appt. I was pleasantly surprised that I was successfully able to do so. If you're doing virtual for the first time, be sure the Dr.'s office gives you the app name & link ahead of time (perhaps day before appt) to avoid last min scramble.
