The scan to withdraw option does not work. I'm trying to log in my details once more its telling me that I'm not a customer. How when I previously had the app. The app is very slow and needs constant visits to the branch!! Received a call from the customer service the lady was very nice. Went to Port Louis to get my card great customer service. But I believe they can make some improvements when it comes to the internet banking.

The application is experiencing several technical difficulties, including persistent login issues with biometric authentication and frequent resetting of user settings. Furthermore, the inability to download account statements, a problem persisting for over a year. After the review post , I received a call from Absa but they have not solved my issue yet.

very poor App experience, constant crash , very slow, constant timeout, interbank transfer always fails with constant reversals and sometimes takes several days for money to revert to acc. always under maintenance after midnight. borderline unusable.
