Ratings and reviews

If I was to give this review a title it would be "It works." The Acuity service itself is fine. It has a few glitches & things are often harder to find or harder to do than they need to be (or impossible such as setting a default tip %) but it works. It can be set up to cater for a wide range of industries and so for the price, it works ok for a Pilates business but it's very slow, and not that intuitive. Recently, it logs me out every time I leave the app which is extremely frustrating.

I've used Acuity for a few years now to schedule my yoga classes. It's user friendly, relatively cheap (especially if comparing with other leading apps), with lots of features and possibility of adding multiple calenders. My clients book their own classes so I don't have to stress with chasing payments. A great addition to my "one woman band" business. 👍

We use this app as a booking system for a shop that requires customers to book appointments Its very easier for our customers to use (they book, reschedule and sometimes cancel appointments by themselves, they never call to say they don't understand it) aesthetically it's very nice to view and from our side, it's easy to manage and pick up how to use it. We block of times.if we're not available and add notes into customers appointments, when customers re book, we can easily see their notes
