I don't know what the tech people did, but you've thoroughly screwed this app up. I can't even log in anymore. I did the most recent update to see if that would help, and it hasn't. Initially, when I started using the app, my vehicle mileage would show. That hasn't happened in 2 years now. Maybe the programmers should try some real-world application study and build from there because this app in absolutely NO WAY reflects the quality of the Acura brand.

This app constantly has problems remote starting and refreshing. Additionally, 50% of the time when the car is under remote start, the key fob wont even be recognized to open the car, so you have to go through the remote stop, and of course the lag on getting it to stop. Then you can use the fob. extremely inconvenient to pay for something like that. Luckily I can bypass the remote start subscription bs. Just another way to take away features from the driver and monetize moreinconsistent service

The app fails and shuts down over half the time I try using it. Additionally, the slow response and connection with the vehicle makes it undesirable to use. update 08/2025: the app still fails to process commands far too often. I've also been noticing more lately that it incorrectly marks my car as locked/unlocked. I thought my vehicle was locked per the app; however, I saw in person it was in fancy unlocked. The app has not progressed or improved since my initial review.
