AiSecure is ASUSTOR’s Surveillance Center mobile app that makes it easy to monitor the things you care about most. After connecting with Surveillance Center, you will be able to watch live video, receive customized alerts and check events while on the go.

Extremely buggy and glitchy app. Video playback does not work properly. When trying to use the timeline bar to move through video, it will randomly jump to different dates once bar is touched. Video image is frozen and does not play, even when skipping ahead or using increased playback speed. Literally cannot watch back any recordings as nothing plays, it's just frozen on timestamp of when it first opens video. Highly disappointed and wish I had gone with QNAP or Synology.

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience by using the App. Would you mind sharing us what's the surveillance Center version you installed in the NAS, and the NAS model, ADM version you installed? We can reproduce the timestamp jump to another day issue, but forzon issues. Please help to email to stanleyhsu@asustor.com to provide informations. Thanks!

Very very slow and sluggish, no matter what options you setup, with or without transcoding. Works bit better on wifi but very frustrating on data. I got synology never had issue with that app, Asustor no luck.

Hello, would you mind providing us the testing account to connect to your NAS remotely? We will check further if it is caused by relay server network limitation or not. Stanley Hsu's direct support to fix issues and add functions to this app has been outstanding! I highly commend him! The latest version has sorted the aspect ratio in live view for my rotated camera, and the option I requested to keep the screen awake in live view has also been added. I can't fault the app now or ask for any more, I'm incredibly happy with the support and outcomes. Thanks Stanley! Edit: The app needs an option to reorder the cameras for Live View (add this into the Cameras tab?)
