Ratings and reviews

Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

no longer shows up on Google assistant linked devices. Features are poor, we should be able to schedule alarms to automatically activate within app for example by midnight. No longer deactivates alarm when within geo zone. If I knew how limited the app and slow to take feedback, would have never signed up Edit: I emailed them as they suggested in their response and no one has responded or even acknowledge the email which pretty much speaks volumes about the company

Not impressed that I cannot do a select all to delete clips. You should be able to scroll through clips one after the other to view them, selecting them individualy is annoying, having to back out and play the next clip is not convenient at all. Not keeping my preferences for my filter selections for videos is also quite annoying. Having to reselect every time is awful and ridiculous. On the positive It's easy to arm and disarm the system. Really hoping you can fix this in the near future.
