About this app

AlcoDroid is an alcohol consumption tracker, drinks diary and blood alcohol content calculator. AlcoDroid helps you get a better handle of what you drink and change your drinking habits. Optionally it also tracks costs of your drinks.

AlcoDroid also provides an estimate of your blood alcohol content (BAC) based on the drinks you've logged, plots your BAC development in a chart and indicates when you get below the legal limit or back to sobriety.

Widgets are available to display your current BAC on the home screen.

AlcoDroid also allows you to:
- show, edit and export your drink logbook
- chart your drinking habits daily, weekly or monthly
- display and export daily, weekly and monthly alcohol consumption statistics
- set your drinking goal (e.g. 21 standard drinks per week, SD/w) and see how your drinking matches the goal
- setup your own list of "drink presets" to log your drinks fast
- pin the most frequently used drinks to the main screen to log your drinks by two clicks
- share your status and BAC chart on Facebook, by e-mail etc

Supports US, imperial and metric units. Alcohol intake can be displayed in standard drinks (US, UK, CA, AU), grams or milliliters per week or day.

Useful features for tracking alcohol consumption. It lacks a "back" button and system gestures do not work for that. It also lacks the ability to export your data in a standardized format for use outside the app in other software. Every attempt to use the "share" options just crashes the app. I will update if things ever change. Please share an alternative if you know a better one. UPDATE Sept 2024: the UI issue persists even after an update.

Really handy tool for someone who might be interested in monitoring (or curtailing) their alcohol consumption. Granted, it's not the most aesthetic-looking app, but it's far from clunky, at least. Easy to use, with options to add preset "drinks" for simplicity. Lots of other options & available tweaks, plus the graphs & charts showing averages/peaks over various short and long-term lengths of time are interesting and useful - as long as you stick with using it religiously

Love this app. Set up some standard drinks, can now add and monitor consumption. Helps make you aware and has caused little tweaks to reduce consumption which is a good thing. Only minor annoyance: pop up telling me couldn't back up to sd card. I don't have an sd card. I've got backups set to never. Please stop obscuring the button I want to press ! Thanks . . .
