Ratings and reviews

It's pretty expensive for what I get. It crashes too often, putting songs into playlists is glitchy and takes a couple tries, it's slow, the lyrics are occasionally wrong, and isn't very eye appealing. Now, I use it on a daily basis and deal with it, but it begins to tick me off when I go into another app or just do nothing and it crashes, I have a LOT of patience and it's really testing me. And why get greedy and make it so we have to pay MORE for unlimited? We already pay enough for Prime. :/

Unintuitive, and ugly to look at. Navigation is a mess, basic features hidden in submenus and don't save across tracks (why?) Riddled with Amazon services advertisements like Audible yet promising an Ad free experience. Include an opt out for advertised additional services. Next time I have to close a pop-up for some garbage service being advertised to me I don't want I'm just unsubscribing and moving on. Amazon just cannot seem to help itself when already making all the money in the world.

This app has always had its glitches, but now my entire music library was deleted without warning. 😭 And now that I'm trying to rebuild it, I'm finding songs that say they're in my library on some pages but not others, and I don't remember adding them anyway. I'm so confused! aaaaand now I can't see my music library at all. wth happened to this app??
