Hi. After downloading it on my phone, I was not able to open it because it says that my phone is rooted. However when I checked, my phone was actually not rooted. I even made a hard reset on it but still the same scenario so I was thinking that it could be a bug on this application. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. Please notice how badly people are reviewing this app. If you have concerns for your customers, make this a priority considering that we are all under community quarantine.

Too limited in features. It does not even provide details on transactions to approve unlike when logging directly to website. At times, logging in alone does not even work (clicking login button doesn't do anything). Also, app abruptly closes whenever approving transactions. Too many User Experience issues for a simple bank app with limited functions vs. its competitors' where I also have accounts with.

Can no longer use the old App (i.e. BPI Mobil) since it says that it needs to be updated. But upon tapping the UpdateButton, it says that my device is not compatible????? I successfully installed this new App (i.e. BPI BizLink) but it isn't responding after I tapped the SignIn Button. I then decided to access my accounts thru BPI's Web-based Online Services. Hope that BPI is aware/fixing the problem at its Mobile App.
