I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

Following the update two days ago, the app crashes on launch and shows a bug notification. Despite clearing the cache and reinstalling, the issue persists. It seems the update introduced new problems instead of fixing existing ones. Please address this issue urgently, as it is significantly impacting usability. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention and a resolution to restore the app's functionality. Thank you.

Too many bugs, very slow, bad design, maybe bad developers too, this project sucks! 9/19/2024 The app improved, but still there's a lot of room for improvement. Example: for bills payment, every time you pay you need to manually input the account number. It's prone for human error. There should be a function where you can save the account number Or upon tapping on recent activities with "Pay Bills" category there should be another button to Pay the same merchant.
