I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

-10. This is the worst and terrible Mobile Bank I've ever used. I tried to log in multiple times with the correct username and passwork but still received an error " incorrect username or password ". And when I tried to log in manually on my BPI app same information, it went through. They were also unresponsive when I tried to email or call them. I DON'T RECOMMEND USE THIS APP, it's far beyond from other competitive Mobile Banking apps.

I will give this app 1 star. I've been using Vybe for almost a year without any major issues, but today I needed to cash out and couldn't send or withdraw my money. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and provided no resolution at all. Very disappointing experience, especially when you need access to your funds.
