I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

It is difficult to pay bpi card bills, it usually states we are unable to process your transaction this time. This usually happens every morning, while in the evening, it can proceed but sometimes it still states an error. Can you improve on this matter? Thanks! While kudos for having a rewards and points everytime you pay via qr code and via vybe. Will still keep on using Vybe because of this.

Worst e wallet app. I've lost Php2,000 with a transfer that confirmed it went through but the recipient was not able to get. It's slow. Getting a lot of errors when scanning QR codes and service sucks a lot. Did not even bother to respond on my queries. Better uninstall or not use at all. Your developers could have done better. not even safe to use.
