I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

The Vybe app itself does not support my concern. My primary issue at present is that I updated my mobile number in the BPI app. However, when I attempted to connect it to the Vybe app, a new account was automatically created due to the updated number. There is no assurance within Vybe that the account can be directly linked to my existing one. This issue needs to be resolved, as it causes significant inconvenience to BPI app users.

Please fix your banking application. I tried logging in to my account on you BPI and VYBE app. It says that it's unavailable and cannot process my request. This has been going on since last month. PLEASE FIX YOUR APPLICATION. IT'S FRUSTRATING
