I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

Worst e wallet app. I've lost Php2,000 with a transfer that confirmed it went through but the recipient was not able to get. It's slow. Getting a lot of errors when scanning QR codes and service sucks a lot. Did not even bother to respond on my queries. Better uninstall or not use at all. Your developers could have done better. not even safe to use.

My rewards points are not updated (more than a year now, so it's not a delay issue). More than 10,000 points are not reflected in Vybe, whereas the correct number appeared in the BPI card SOA. This was a data migration failure and now I have to deal with BPI's customer service. Not worth hours of my time just to get back the 10K pts. What a cool name, Vybe. But all I get are negative vibes.
