I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

I am beyond frustrated with the Vybe app. For several days now, I’ve been completely locked out. Every time I try to log in, I’m met with a generic "Something went wrong" error message. I’ve tried everything. Reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and even restarting my phone but nothing works. What makes this worse is the customer service. I reached out for help, and it was a complete waste of time. No real resolution was provided. VERY UNRELIABLE AND FRUSTRATING TO USE!

Hello Vybe! I hope you could improve your app by adding an audit trail of date on when the customers has redeemed their rewards. I have an ongoing issue with my rewards where they do not see my redeemption. Hence, I did not get it's benefits. Worse, I needed to make a lot of back and forth emails/calls complaints. Reps always asked me the exact date when I redeemed it, whils it is displaying on my active rewards. I can't remember the exact date. They have no info as well. Frustrating!!
