I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

[May 28,2026] I cannot sign in using my BPI. I attempted 3 times already but kept getting errors before I even start using the application. Please fix the issue since what is the use of this app if it cannot function properly. I'm one to take reviews seriously and if this issue gets fixed I can probably change my rating depending on the app availability.

The app is incredibly frustrating. It used to work smoothly, but since yesterday, I have reinstalled it multiple times to try and fix the issues. After one successful transaction, it stopped working again and keeps displaying an error message. Furthermore, after reinstalling, it will not accept my newly set up MPIN. When I click 'Forgot MPIN,' it asks for my current MPIN instead of allowing me to set up a new one.
