I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

Useless "rewards". There's practically zero option to choose rewards as there are less than 10 at a time, and the ones available can't be availed without still spending more money. Whatever happened to BPI? Their service is declining. They don't want to give rewards anymore but they do make a lot of promises when offering you the service. If you're looking to get a credit card, go somewhere else. This is just false advertising at this point.

The new update is a mess. when paying bills, the confirmation page is still not optimized. You can now scroll on the verify page but after payment the page shows the reciept but there is no way to go back to the dashboard, cant scroll up/down, cant go back. you need to close the app and log back in. Its a hassle to close the app after every paybills because you cant go back. please fix.
