Total garbage. Not intuitive. If you just make an webview app to access ibanking it would have been better. Your website is somewhat more usable than this.

It is better to use other Banks banking. This brac app is not at all, user friendly, calling the customer care will be just a waste of time & per minute will cost you 2.5taka but you will not get any result or desired service from brac.

I think it is the lowest bank and lowest mentally bank and lowest internet banking service. Several time try but don't open. Many time and money Lost for this service. Several time call to call center but nothing
