The Guard feature and its components are exclusive to customers with a Giga Hub or a Home Hub 4000 in all regions.

• Manitoba: Internet with Wi-Fi pods.

Absolutely garbage app. Does not let you sign in and has been giving the error "Something went wrong. We encountered an error. Please try again in a few seconds." for the past 2 months now. Already uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, everything. Still doesn't work. Not to mention, the internet service is absolute trash as well.

For 2 weeks the app doesn't allow to login, telling "Something went wrong. We encountered an error. Please try again in a few seconds"... You broke your app and do nothing about it... What a shame on your IT " professionals". Update on Bell recommendation: Your recommendations don't work, all has been tried many times. There was another feedback here with the same issue so it seems it's a common issue with your application without you taking the action.. "

The attached recommendation didn't work. Maybe consider your app has a problem. 1.9/5. Last update: May 8, 2024. Original text: This app has been popping up: "Something went wrong. We encountered an error. Please try again in a few seconds." whenever I try to log in. My same device can log in to the web portal via web browser with the same credentials.
