Calificaciones y opiniones

Si obvias las típicas trampitas para contratar cosas que no necesitas, la App ha mejorado muchísimo. Como puedes contratar de todo (hoteles, coches de alquiler, tickets...) lo puedes usar como una pequeña guía. En nuestro caso hicimos ruta por Escocia y nos mostraba todos los hoteles por orden, con la info de cada uno, los pagos, etc. Incluso la usamos para chatear con los hosters, ya que tiene notificaciones push.

Deja mucho que desear, cuando tienes un problema no funciona la atencion al cliente, muchas descripciones estan mal, en vuelos te dicen que tienes una cantidad de equipaje que despues no es verdad, cambian los asientos a la hora de hacer el check-in y un largo etcetera. Es la aplicacion mas cara para reservar vuelos, hoteles, etc. y no ofrecen un buen servicio. Muy decepcionado.

Hice una reservacion y pague a través de la app. El lugar no existía y solicite mi reembolso a través de llama telefónica. Ya paso más de un mes y nadie me da solución ni por llamada ni correo, quedaron en hacerlo de 7 a 12 días naturales y hasta la fecha no me han dado solución y solo se contradicen. No recomiendo hacer el pago por adelantado en la app y revisar con el lugar previo a la reservacion si tienen acuerdo con la aplicación.
