Calificaciones y opiniones

Si obvias las típicas trampitas para contratar cosas que no necesitas, la App ha mejorado muchísimo. Como puedes contratar de todo (hoteles, coches de alquiler, tickets...) lo puedes usar como una pequeña guía. En nuestro caso hicimos ruta por Escocia y nos mostraba todos los hoteles por orden, con la info de cada uno, los pagos, etc. Incluso la usamos para chatear con los hosters, ya que tiene notificaciones push.

Pésimo servicio en atención al cliente. Primero me dicen que no se pudo realizar la reserva, pero me hacen el cargo a mi tarjeta. Luego, los cuartos que uno solicita en la app son diferentes a los que dan en el hotel. Primero dicen que harán el reembolso, pero hasta la fecha no recibí nada. Al principio, el día que pasó el incidente me dijeron que me lo devolverían, ahora me dicen que no, que no tienen registro, aun cuando envié el número de referencia, fecha y hora. un robo total su parte.

decepcionado, después de años utilizando la app y recomendandola. Por motivos de conducción solicité que buscarán en otro teléfono los hoteles que les gustaban para yo después reservar con mi cuenta que tengo un nivel superior. Bueno es lo que creia, una cuenta nueva con mejor precio que yo y después al llegar al hotel valores de desayuno y alojamiento muy por debajo de lo publicado en Booking. una hab triple de hotel con desayuno incluido unos 50€ menos POR DIA, en la recepción del hotel.
