I'd give 0 stars if I could. I guess more like .5 because when it does work, it's great. otherwise, the other 95% of the time, cant get it to work or load anything. On the same page it says "you have no checkouts" and "Checkouts (2)". If it loads at all, it doesn't load enough that I can get to actually play anything. Just the endless loading bar over and over. The idea of the app is fantastic but the functionality renders the app essentially useless.

Edit: after using for a month, I'm dropping a star. It stops on audiobooks a LOT for no reason. Clean layout, but missing one major feature, which is a total book progress bar with time remaining for audiobooks. There is a chapter progress bar, but I don't care about that. Also, if there's only one profile set up on the account, it should go straight to that profile's shelf when launched, rather than making the user select a profile every time.

Pros: Often has items available when Libby or Hoopla do not, or has a much shorter hold line. Cons: Pretty much everything else. Can't have multiple library cards on the same account, can't view how far into an audiobook you are, glitches out and closes itself extremely often, resets to the beginning of the chapter after closing the app or even when looking at the chapter list and back, generally poorly designed. I only use it if the book I want isn't available anywhere else.
