This is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order, paid for it online, and have been waiting far beyond the promised delivery time—yet my order has not arrived. Not only was my paid order not delivered on time, but when I tried to contact the restaurant directly, their phone number turned out to be not in service. This is beyond frustrating. A brand like Burger King should not leave customers stranded with no way to reach the restaurant, no delivery, and no clarity on their paid order.

At first it was fine, but last night I ordered food, my delivery partner did not even move for half an hour and suddenly the app said that the order was delivered. The worst part was the support, I opened a chat in their app but it just opened a ticket and no response, I called the restaurant, they said that the delivery guy picked up the order, delivery person already blocked my contact for some reason, I even mailed customer care of burger king, no response.Money wasted and no food delivered.

I placed a prepaid order on the Burger King app. After 3 hrs, no delivery was made, though the app kept showing “accepted” and “preparing.” I never cancelled the order, the delivery partner informed it was cancelled. I received no update from the restaurant. Neither my money nor rewards are refunded. This lack of transparency and service is highly disappointing. I request a full refund and crown rewards reinstated.
