I am very disappointed with Bykea's service. My recent experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the app was glitchy, causing delays in booking the ride. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve these issues.

Too much commission as compared to Indrive specially courier rides. 21% ( indrive 12%) Hidden insurance fees.Bcm Issue If custmr paid first.If customers cancel, you dont repay commission Or sometimes, customer make wrong order & ask us to cancel, so when we(rider) cancel, we got penalty without a valid reason. Most annoying issue is cod rides, People make booking of cod & when we deliver, they only pay fare (Not COD amount) you should add option to change cod amount in app before starting ride.

Dear Bykea App Developers, For some reasons, I am unable to use Google Maps on my device and I am using other Map application but when I click on the Blue Arrow in your application to use Maps to track customer location but that says: "Please Install Google Maps". This is very bad, I also use other ride-sharing app (e.g. InDrive) that gives an option to choose between Map applications which I want to use. Bykea should also have that option in their app.
