Ratings and reviews

My favorite bank before the latest interface update. After that, the app and its services just became junk. From 5 free daily transfers to just 2 and just today, I was told that my REVI Credit interest rate will increase by 1%. I always paid on time and in full so I expected that my credit limit will be the one to increase, instead, it's the interest. I'm very disappointed.

Ever since the app interface was updated, cash in options have disappeared so I can't cash in to my account. The interface after the update has also made the user experience worse. Buttons at the bottom go BEHIND the navigation bar on my phone, I keep pressing my navigation bar instead of what I need to press in the app. Please add an option to select what type of notifications we can receive, separate the transactions from the marketing notifs.

I accidentally ordered a debit card and the system didn't show that it has a fee. i was trying to cancel it, unfortunately, they weren't able to do so. The card is actually not really helpful, I had an experience before that I was trying to pay using my CIMB card, but the merchant can't accept the card in their system even though they are really a big merchant. So I need to withdraw instead.
