bus stops for free transfer don't show up in the application. Calling customer service doesn't help resolve this issue. Why does the size of the storage used grow exponentially while the application is running? This issue needs to be solved because it's creating device instability.

Extremely unreliable, I consistently run into an issue where drivers will sit in a parking lot for 15+ minutes at all times of the day. I will call a ride 20 minutes before you would need to leave if driving a car and they will be '5 minutes away' for over 20 minutes and not only will I be late but I will have wasted half an hour of my time getting ready early only to have to Uber somewhere anyways. If you have the money, just use a nother service. The only upside it that this is cheap.

Overall useful, but the app needs worked on. I tried to get a ride for 10 minutes, and it finally gave me one...with a 29 minute wait. The bus they gave me passed me by 2 minutes earlier and was going almost exactly where I needed to. And this isnt a rare event. I work 5 days a week, using it each time, and this happens at least 2 times a week. Also if you use it, you have to confirm your location first (which is wrong half the time), which is the opposite of most ridesharing apps.
