Ratings and reviews

I have so many issues with this app having to be force closed and restarted, but since updating today, I've been kicked out and can't log back in. There's one option for login with Google account and it keeps telling me the process was canceled (not by me!). I'm paying for something I can't even use, which is disappointing and frustrating. When the app does work, it provides some useful info but not sure it's worth the price, especially with the constant errors.

Edit: Customer service finally got back to me and were able to fix the problem so I increased my rating. Thank you! I got signed out of the app and it would not let me back in. I've tried multiple times to reach out and haven't heard back. I'm extremely disappointed. This app is very important for me to keep track of my heart rate data because I have POTS. Since I've lost access, I've also lost months worth of data. It's a great app but with zero customer service.

Premium user here for a year now. The samsung 7 ultra will not sync to the phone. The watch keeps prompting you to "sign in on phone" even though I'm already signed in. When you hit that prompt, it opens the phones page to install the app again. I've even uninstalled the app multiple times on both the watch and phone. I've noticed their ratings have reduced dramatically, most people with similar syncing issues. As of this time, I'd not recommend people to purchase the subscription.
