As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

Ratings and reviews

The Carnival HUB pp was useful while cruising to be able to see the current location and what was happening for the day. However, I purchased the chat option that didn't always work, so it made it difficult at times to communicate with travel companions. The app crashed several times with a message indicating that there was a bug that needed to be fixed. I had to reinstall it a couple of times. But, all in all, I'd use it again.

The app was good. I was kept up to date on events. The only problem was I kept getting disconnected. I had to keep turning wifi back on and then reconnect to the hub. This was annoying, especially at meal times. Or I couldn't receive notifications. I am not sure if this is a hub issue or a wifi issue. Overall, I liked the hub app.

The wifi on the ship was horrible causing a frequent connection loss but once the connection was restored, the app was very good and informative which included information for every restaurant, your account information, an event calendar, texting options, and so much more. I would give it a higher rating than three stars but the wifi connection on the Jubilee was so bad for most of us, that it made the app useless most of the time.
