If you want Big Mouth Burgers without cheese, don't bother with the app. You can't remove it, and when I contacted the Guest Engagement Team, they said to go into the location and order it, which makes the app usless. They dont seem to want to add the option to remove it. You can remove everything else except the cheese. On other burgers, you can remove it.

I installed the app and was super excited to use it. I placed a delivery order, got an error message that the order *may* have been placed, check with the restaurant. It was not placed. Opened the app back up, the reward I had applied to my order had vanished. I started over and tried again, same thing. I logged onto the website and had zero problems (the reward was still gone) So the app didn't work, AND took away my rewards. Wish I could give it -1 stars.

App forces your name from account creation. I have one letter for my last name and it requires me to put more characters? They had price increases across the board, change their three for me menu, no one has ever at the pickup counter, they stop delivering to vehicles on pickup, for pickup it says required for tip, The social app manipulation that current technology is doing so employers can pay their workers less and justify it with tipping. I'm picking up an order not dining in.
