credits don't always roll over. I have been paying for the 75$ a month for 33 credits, but because of budgets, I have to go to the cheaper option which is about 20$ per month for 8 credits. I wish there was an option for in between those. and because I switched, only 10 current credits will roll over... so just be aware of that before signing up. however, I want to add that i do recommend this app, especially if you're like me and do yoga, its cheaper!

I used class pass for a couple of years, I really enjoyed it while using it. However, I am changing my review due to abyss customer service. I had been told that I could pause my membership (due to traveling) and my credits would reactivate when I resume my membership. I had about $100 worth of credits. A month later, I was ready to reactivate and customer service said they all credits are forfeited and "unfortunately" cannot be reinstated. 😳 Classpass has lost me as a customer forever.

The app is great for attending various classes. However, customer service is practically useless. There is no phone availability; only a chat, where they take much longer to respond than any Google chat I've used. Sometimes, as in the case of a mistakenly (by them) marked "missed class" they've charged me double as a penalty, although I was actually there (a mistake was made, but not on my end). I tried several times to reach a solution by chat and no one responded that time at all.
